PERMISSION TO SIGN THE ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT CONTINGENT UPON THE COLLINSVILLE HISTORICAL MUSEUM AND THE CITY OF COLLINSVILLE SIGNING ALL OF THEIR APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK DURING THE JOINT SIGNING SESSION.
